Our Work Procedure

We can work on any of the accounting software and add-ons of your choice. Initially you need to provide us all the data necessary to complete the bookkeeping, payroll or accounts work via email. You need to provide us your login details for cloud accounting. We will save the entire information safely in the cloud. We then complete our work and save the files on the cloud.

1. Document Requisition

We have prepared a checklist of the documents we need from the client for bookkeeping, payroll and accounts.
The client needs to provide us with all the respective documents in order to complete our work.
Our Level 2 Accountant will be in direct contact with the client for all the correspondence, queries and finalization of Books and payroll work.
Our Level 3 Accountant will be in direct contact with the client for all the correspondence, queries and finalization of Accounts work.

2. Processing documents in Accounting Software’s

The documents received are then entered into the acounting software of your choice ( XERO, Quickbooks, MYOB etc) or any such accounting platform by our Level 1 Accountants.

We store all the documents received securely in our Google Drive for cross verification and future use.

We maintain Database for each of our clients to record important details to be taken care while bookkeeping, payroll and accounts and also keep track of the work status.

3.Reporting to the client

Payroll work are reported to the client on the same day.
Books of accounts work reported within 2-3 working days. Annual accounts work reported within 7 working days.
The clients whose books we maintain on daily/fortnightly/monthly basis can have their reporting on daily/fortnightly/monthly basis by our Level 2 and Level 3 Accountants.

Please Note:

Our Level 2 and Level 3 Accountants will write a detailed email mentioning the status of your work, clarification of nature of transactions in case of uncertain transactions, missing documents.

Our Level 2 and Level 3 Accountants are available to you for all your correspondence and clarifications.

Our Level 2 Accountant will finalise the books of accounts.

Our Level 3 Accountant will prepare the year end financials.
